Front CoverThe November edition of Diamond Comic Distributors’ monthly PREVIEWS catalog arrives in comic shops, hobby stores, and other specialty outlets on October 29th. November’s PREVIEWS offers over 2,000 new items and features comic books, graphic novels, toys, and other pop culture merchandise scheduled to go on sale beginning January 2015.

The November PREVIEWS Features

Classic Comic Strip MonthPREVIEWS takes a look back at the comic strips that have graced American newspapers for a century and a half and the influence they have had on comic books and narrative storytelling with this month’s special focus on comic strip reprints!

Starting with its January 2015 issue, Diamond Comic Distributors’ monthly, 500-plus page PREVIEWS catalog will carry a new, lower SRP of $3.99 the average price of a standard monthly comic book.

Now in its twenty-seventh year, PREVIEWS is Diamond’s monthly catalog for comic book specialty shops. Each issue lists items that are generally scheduled to arrive in comic shops approximately two months in the future with preview text, cover art, photos and illustrations of the upcoming products. In addition to upcoming listings for comic books and graphic novels from major publishers such as Dark Horse Comics, DC Entertainment, IDW Publishing, Image Comics, and Marvel Comics, PREVIEWS also features products from small press and independent publishers such as BOOM! Comic shop customers can use PREVIEWS to place their monthly comic book and graphic novel orders with their local comic book shop, as well as place special orders for additional merchandise items they want to purchase.
