Al Rio Tribute Art Book Sets Sail NOW

1962-2012 Álvaro Araújo Lourenço do Rio was professionally known as “Al Rio.” This is Volume One of an exciting new Art Book series!

Al Rio Tribute Art Book Volume One

This Kickstarter campaign is to raise money to publish Volume One in a series of books I’m producing to showcase his incredible artwork.

Al Rio was a very prolific artist! Over the years we shared dozens of projects and I have hundreds of scans of his work to share. This is Volume 1 of what could be a 3 or 4 volume series in which I’ve chosen some of the best and most representative images of his work.

I’m starting back in 2003 and going up to 2005 in this Volume. Material in this collection is mature. There are no nudes but there is some pinups which may be considered “risqué.”

Total Needed? = $5500
Can we do it with your help!

About the Author

Richard is the driving force behind Comics for Sinners. His love and admiration for female comic book characters is virtually unparalleled, which immediately explains his biggest 'sin': his Hot Mummy fetish. This sketchbook theme is philogynistic in nature and even the source of his WIP comic book series "The Sisterhood".
