Babelicous: Nude Red Riding Hood by Romano Molenaar
One of the most prominent Dutch artists, Romano Molenaar, has been working hard to carve out his spot in the US comics market.
Starting out in 1998 for Liar Comics (More Then Mortal) and then working at Chaos! Comics (Lady Death/Witchblade, Purgatori) and Top Cow (Darkness, Witchblade) he began to work his way up. In 2012 he became the first Dutch artist to draw Batman (Detective Comics Annual #1) and he got many well-deserved local praise.
Currently, he is working on DC Comics’ monthly series Birds of Prey and C4S remains a fan.
In this Babelicious post, C4S wants to celebrate the “bare necessities” in life and show the readers a very lovely portrayal of Red Riding Hood and a truly Big Bad Wolf, from a limited print Romano Molenaar drew for Dutch art-dealer Valkyrie.
We could ask Romano about the reasons behind Red Riding Hood running around the woods naked and with such a lovely ass, but on the other hand, let’s simply sit back and admire this piece of art and drool over the amazing detail on the Bad Wolf’s necklace or the cuteness of the bunnies… yes, there are bunnies. Just keep looking. Found them? Good! 🙂
Summary: After looking at this thing of beauty from all angles with the eyes of a true connoisseur, this is the score we come up with for this dazzling damsel. Agree? Disagree? Rate her yourself below and leave your comments at the bottom of the page!
