Everette Hartsoe Finds New Blood With Razor

RAZOR1In the 1st 5 days of the campaign, Everette Hartsoe’s RAZOR has gathered over 520% funding! “This is outstanding, considering I haven’t written, drawn or published anything since the success of 1999’s THE CROW/RAZOR: KILL THE PAIN crossover with James O’Barr. So this tells me fans are as hungry as I am! I felt the market place lacked gritty independent titles that mature readers could sink their teeth into. I had a feeling RAZOR was primed for a serious comeback and not just as the character, but for me as the creator, writer, artist.”

Places like Kickstarter, Facebook, Youtube and Twitter are the new “ distributors” and the creators need to be the marketers. Using this technology for crowd funding is a great way to gauge fan response, giving you a quicker response time to fix what doesn’t work. Everette Hartsoe now has his next 5 projects lined up already.

Now with less than 1 week behind him, the phone is ringing, deals are being made, plans for new characters and revamping old characters are hot on the list from producers to comic book publishers. What Everette can say is, you will see a lot more of RAZOR in 2014!

He will be able to release more details once the ink is dry. Everette can say this is a very strong “welcome back “ from the fans old and new and he feels overwhelmed.

In the meantime, Everette´s Kickstarter campaign is going strong and he is adding new Stretch Goals and more. To celebrate breaching the 5K-mark Everette says “I’m feeling so good… I’m not adding one, but two signed remark prints to packages… Let me break it down… PRINT #1 RAZOR: FIGHT CLUB is 8″ by 10″ and will go into packages at $35 and up. #2 RAZOR: THE GRAVESHIFT IS 11″ BY 17″ will be added to packages $69 and up! AND EVERYONE THAT PLEDGED $5 OR MORE WILL GET DIGITAL PDF COPY OF EVERETTE HARTSOE’S POIZON… planning a new vid in the next day or two, to personally have a drink with you guys.”

Richard is the driving force behind Comics for Sinners. His love and admiration for female comic book characters is virtually unparalleled, which immediately explains his biggest 'sin': his Hot Mummy fetish.
