A TALE OF TERROR OR A TALE OF LOVE? OR BOTH?

Widow Unleashed tells the sordid and horrifying tale of Emma, who…But you know what? If you’ve never read Widow, I’ll not spoil the surprise! Widow Unleashed is a terror tale set in 1992 and begins on a secluded Caribbean island where a reclusive scientist is conducting experiments in genetic manipulation. It will come as a shock to no one that those experiments have resulted in the creation of a hell-spawned beast with a thirst for human blood…And more. Shipwrecked on the island are Drew Triggert and Jack Mondeaux, two American government agents, who soon find themselves irresistibly drawn to the scientist’s mysterious and beautiful daughter, Emma. From there, things get weird, trust me.

As Wolfer explains: “Widow Unleashed presents the entire Widow saga in full color for the first time and starts at the very beginning of the tale. This new iteration of the story has been liberally rewritten and extensive revisions have been made to the art and lettering, making this a true “remastered” edition. For Widow Unleashed, I’ve exhumed the many pages of adult art that were created for the Widow X incarnation of the series that was published by Avatar Press and have inserted those pages into the existing stories, making Widow Unleashed the most complete version of the tale ever published…AND it’s in full color for the very first time!”
