MONSTERELLA, an action/adventure/horror/sci-fi anthology: Backers Get Extra Rewards

A Monsterellla kickstarter was launched March 29th, 2017 to raise the funds necessary to get the book into print. Three and a half hours after it’s launch it was successfully funded and backers continue to take advantage of it’s unique reward options nearly a week later. Stretch goal rewards that have been unlocked so far include signature cards, bookmarks, a bonus digital comic, embroidered patches, and an exclusive extended version of the “Monsterella” story in digital format.

The campaign is currently $3 away from it’s next strech goal, which will unlock the first three collectors cards in a new on-going Hangman Comics trading card collection.

Monsterellla revolves around the continuing adventures of Montrossa Rella, AKA “Monsterella”, the warden of an intergalactic prison planet, where the galaxy’s worst of the worst monsters are imprisoned and isolated from the rest of the universe. All hell breaks loose when an unexpected revolt overthrows her, and threatens the safety of the entire galaxy!

But her adventures are just one chapter of the book. In the style of the classic Vampirella magazines, Monsterellla goes on to introduce other astonishing tales told and illustrated by a creepy collection of Canadian talents that will be sure to chill and thrill you cover to cover! Featuring Andrew Fryer, A. Shay Hahn (“The Homeless G-Men”), Dan MacKinnon (“From The Ashes”), Gareth Gaudin (“Enid Jupiter and Lyra Gotham”), John Rathiganthan (“From The Ashes”), Josh Kully, Nevin Arnold (“Calavera The Undead”) and sizzling cover artist Sun Khamunaki (“Lady Death”)!

Monsterellla will be released in May/June 2017.

About the Author

Richard is the driving force behind Comics for Sinners. His love and admiration for female comic book characters is virtually unparalleled, which immediately explains his biggest 'sin': his Hot Mummy fetish. This sketchbook theme is philogynistic in nature and even the source of his WIP comic book series "The Sisterhood".
