Neozoic: Trader’s Gambit Starts

neozoic2.1_cover_digitalThe gritty sci-fi humans-and-dinosaurs epic, Neozoic, is back. The first volume went on to completely sell-out in trade paperback form and digital platforms have given the title continued life keeping its place as Red 5’s second-best seller.

This Wednesday, the long-anticipated second volume begins in Neozoic: Trader’s Gambit #1 in comic shops and on Comixology and iVerse digital platforms.

Please note that Neozoic: Volume 1 has been reprinted and comic shops may order it now through Diamond.

To celebrate the release, Comixology is having a 3-day Neozoic sale from April 23 – 25. Individual issues will be on sale for $0.99 and the 8-issue collection will be on for just $6.99.

Neozoic takes place in a world where dinosaurs did not go extinct. Humanity has lived their entire history side-by-side with the great beasts. As such, different pockets of humanity have adapted and evolved in different ways to maintain their place on the food chain.

Neozoic focuses on the walled city of Monanti, where the best-of-the-best serve the community as dinosaur hunters known as the Predator Defence League.

On the cover you can see Lilli Murko. While Neozoic is an ensemble book, it’s safe to say she’s the main character. She is the daughter of the city’s high priest and a reckless rock-star protege in the Predator Defence League. Her lack of judgement is a central problem in the first volume.

About the Author

Richard is the driving force behind Comics for Sinners. His love and admiration for female comic book characters is virtually unparalleled, which immediately explains his biggest 'sin': his Hot Mummy fetish. This sketchbook theme is philogynistic in nature and even the source of his WIP comic book series "The Sisterhood".
