New Horror Graphic Novel ~ Flesh-Eating Cheerleaders From Outer Space ~ Invades Kickstarter

James Mascia and Felipe Obando collaborate on a spine-tingling 200-page comic book that pays homage to classic B-Movie horror that launched #1 on KickTraq Hot List and funded in 2.5 hours!

Pullman University’s students are in for a shock when a meteor crashes on their campus. As space creatures invade and take over human bodies, a group of college cheerleaders becomes the focal point of the invasion. In Flesh Eating Cheerleaders From Outer Space, writer James Mascia and artist Felipe Obando take readers on a thrilling ride, recreating the feeling of old horror movies from the 60s and 70s.

“We love those old classic horror B-Movies from the 60s and 70s, and we wanted to recreate the feeling of those old horror movies with this story,” said Mascia. And who better to target on this than a bunch of college cheerleaders.”

Mascia, the creator of High School Heroes, Anti-Christ, The Poe Murders, and Vengeance of Dracula, is no stranger to horror. His writing and Obando’s illustration skills bring the cheerleaders’ transformation to life with colors by Berril Vargas and covers from talented artists C.B. Zane, Bangbez, & Dhaxina Dee complete the package.

As the story unfolds, the once-innocent cheerleaders become flesh-eating monsters … sexy flesh-eating monsters. The invasion quickly becomes a struggle for survival as the humans must fight for their lives against these hyper-hungry pom-pom-shaking zombie chicks.

Flesh Eating Cheerleaders From Outer Space is a 200-page graphic novel that is sure to delight both horror fans and fans who appreciate a little something extra to l@@k at.
