Scarlett Couture returns with “The Munich Files”
Scarlett Couture is the daughter of Billionaire fashion mogul Chase Couture, an ex-Cold War spy who uses her fashion houses and their employees around the world as a cover for a US Government backed
intelligence agency. Created by Des Taylor, the new series THE MUNICH FILES will debut on the Madefire App for all digital devices on July 2019.
