Tomb Raider hot news: Alicia Vikander on the set of Tomb Raider Reboot
Last week the Swedish actress Alicia Vikander -who is playing protagonist Lara Croft of Tomb Raider- leaked the first photos from the set of the Tomb Raider reboot.

The Tomb Raider reboot with Alicia Vikander (The Danish Girl, Ex Machina) as the adventurous archaeologist Lara Croft, is in the hands of director Roar Uthaug (The Wave). The popular video game character from the Tomb Raider franchise first appeared in Tomb Raider (1996) by Core Design and already had previously -in addition to numerous video game sequels, a book and comics via TopCow and DarkHorse- two film versions where Croft was played by Hollywood icon Angelina Jolie.
This new reboot of the Tomb Raider film franchise is a co-production between MGM and Warner Bros. and will appear in theaters in March 2018.
