So at one time, there was this storyline in which Vampirella died, went to Hell (Jusko’s Blood Lust) and in Vampirella Lives (warren ellis, amanda conner) she came back.
And the story developed…
Now Sniegoski went back to that period for the ultimate What If. Starting with his 2019 ” vengeance ” series, in which Chaos rules supreme(ish) on Earth and which followed up with ” strikes ” in 2022 and most recently ” armegeddon” which is reaching a climax with #12 as you can read below .
