Zenescope Entertainment joins Diamond’s Final Order Cut-off (FOC) program

Zenescope Entertainment joins Diamond’s Final Order Cut-off (FOC) program beginning with titles listed in the December PREVIEWS Retailer Order Form. The first titles on FOC will be on January 13^th, corresponding with items shipping with a February 5^th in store release date
Diamond will expand its ongoing efforts to empower retailers with improved order adjustment capabilities by including Zenescope Entertainment in its Final Order Cut-off (FOC) program. Zenescope’s first FOC titles appear in the upcoming December PREVIEWS Retailer Order Form, with the first week of titles on FOC on January 13^th, corresponding with items shipping with a February 5^th in store release date.

“We’re very excited to be moving into the FOC program. We recognize the challenges retailers face when ordering product not just from Zenescope, but from all publishers,” said Zenescope President, Joe Brusha. “The more publishers that are in the FOC program the more flexibility and control retailers have over their ordering decisions, which is a positive for the entire comic book industry.”

“We are pleased to welcome Zenescope Entertainment into the ranks of publishers who have are part of our FOC program,” said Diamond Vice President of Purchasing John Wurzer. “This provides retailers with greater flexibility and allows them to make better informed purchasing decisions on all Zenescope titles.”

Zenescope‘s FOC titles will also be incorporated into the FOC Overview for Non-Premier Suppliers e-Newsletter, along with BOOM! Entertainment, Dynamite Entertainment, Oni Press, and Valiant Entertainment titles. The weekly e-newsletter, delivered on Thursdays, provides a quick overview of products from Diamond’s Non-Premier vendors that appear on the FOC Adjust Weekly list. Orders for these items can be adjusted up or down, or cancelled, at customers’ discretion, by their FOC Dates.

Retailers who elect to receive the Non-Premier Suppliers emails via their Email Preferences on the Preferences page of Diamond’s Retailer Services Website also receive a customized text attachment with each e-newsletter. The attachment includes the quantity and titles that they have on order for FOC adjustment that week, along with titles and products that are open for order adjustments from other vendors by the same date.
